- Full papers: Minimum 12 pages research papers of around 400 words on each page should be written in English.
- Review Process: By submitting a full paper to Trends and Research Advancements in Networks, Security and Computational Technology(TRANSACT 2023), the authors agree to the review process and understand that the papers undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts will be reviewed by well qualified experts in the field, who will give detailed comments and if the submission gets accepted then the authors submit a revised "camera-ready" version after incorporating all suggestions and comments if any.
- Dual Submissions: By submitting a full paper or manuscript to Trends and Research Advancements in Networks, Security and Computational Technology(TRANSACT 2023), authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in similar form in any peer-reviewed conferences, journals, workshops, or other peer-reviewed, archival forums. Violation of any of these conditions will lead to rejection.

Submitted papers are expected to contain original work performed by the authors with adequate, and scholarly citations to the others work. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results/techniques on which they depend or build.
